ECEC Whistleblowing Training Online
This ECEC whistleblowing training course has been developed for educators, centre directors, nominated supervisors and other early childhood professionals who need to understand their reporting obligations, whistleblower rights and legal protections.
The course explains how whistleblowing differs from mandatory reporting, when protected disclosures may apply, and how workers can raise concerns about misconduct, governance failures, child safety risks or regulatory breaches within an early childhood education and care service.
Participants will gain a practical understanding of reporting pathways, child safety obligations and compliance expectations under current Australian legislation and the National Quality Framework.
